Fire at Southall recycling centre causes major travel disruption

Oh dear, Southall! We've had a bit of a kerfuffle at our very own recycling centre today, which is causing some traffic headaches for us all. Keep an eye out if you're travelling nearby, as things are a bit disrupted.
